My look for today using the Sleek Au Naturale palette
Hey loves! I watched a YouTube video from one of my favorite beauty gurus named Eman (check her out!). She recreated a Rihanna inspired makeup look from an awards show she attended last year. She used a gunmetal eyeshadow on her lids, mixed with a light silver toned eyeshadow and MAC Green Smoke on the inner lid area. I also used the light silver shade in my inner corners. For the crease, I used two different shades of an orange eyeshadow and a matte brown was used to deepen the crease. A subtle purple shade was applied to the inner crease to give it more color and dimension. I smoked out the outer corners with a matte black eyeshadow and there goes the finished makeup look! It’s a fairly easy look that beginners can do and it creates a lot of drama! U guys can also check out Eman on YouTube for her recreation and a tutorial on how to achieve this look. Thanks for viewing!
Happy Saturday! I created a blue/purple eye look that I was inspired to do from a YouTube Makeup guru named Jennise (probably spelled her name wrong, my bad). She created a cat eye smoky blue eyeshadow look and it looked really good on her. I used a MAC eyeshadow for the inner corners and a Laura Geller baked eyeshadow for the center of the eyes. Lastly, I used MAC Contrast eyeshadow for the outer corners of the eyes and some matte black eyeshadow. That’s the look! Enjoy ur weekend! 😊😎☺️😋
Today, I wanted to use my new makeup that I got from MAC yesterday! I LOVE buying makeup so I was happy to see they have new items out. I bought three in extra dimension eyeshadows, which are smooth and perfect! I bought a mauve shade, a blue shade and a purple/gray toned shade. I used all of them on my eyes today. I also bought the 24-hour extended base primer for the eyes and it’s absolutely creamy and applies very smoothly. I’m liking it so far! Anyway, this is my look for today 😊😋
So…as you can see, this is a bright and colorful look! I used all matte eyeshadow pigments that I bought on Ebay. I also used a little pink glitter on the inner portion of my lids to give it more drama. I got a set of 10 bright eyeshadow pigments for $10! That’s a pretty good deal! These pigments are super pigmented and you don’t have to keep re-applying it to get the color intensity you want. The texture of these pigments aren’t creamy at all, but it wasn’t difficult to blend. The blue pigment that I used in this look gave me some issues because the color started to fade out very quickly, it’s hard to explain. Overall, these colors are great for the summertime to create festive, vibrant looks. The name of these pigments are MYO Ultra Bright Eyeshadow pigments, just in case if you wanna purchase them on Ebay. I’m definitely satisfied with my purchase because it was cheap and the colors are very pigmented. My eyes weren’t irritated after putting them on cuz it’s a mineral makeup and aren’t harsh on the eyes. Anyway, this was the look I created with these pigments and I’ll be doin more looks for the summer! Thanks for viewing!
